CA. Ashok K Bansal, is the Proprietor of the firm. He has passed the Chartered Accountancy Examination at the young age of 22 years. He was topper of the Allahabad University in his B.Com Examination in 1985.

CA. Ashok K Bansal, is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA. He has also passed the Diploma in Information and Systems Audit (DISA) and Certificate Course of Concurrent Audit of Banks (CCCAB) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CA. Ashok K Bansal, set up this firm M/s Ashok K. Bansal & Co., on 6th March 1989 and has over 30 years of post-qualification experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy and Taxation. He has in his credit experience in the field of Income Tax, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT & Sales Tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Service Tax etc.

CA. Ashok K. Bansal has a vast experience in the field of Information Technology and has been a pioneer in the field of Computer Training in Vindhya Region of the Madhya Pradesh. He was also a director of M/s Touchsoft Technology Private Limited, Bangalore, a large dealer / distributor of various softwares and large software companies.

Ashok K Bansal, has been the President of Satna Chartered Accountants Association and also the Convenor of Satna CPE Study Chapter of CIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, from 2006 to 2009. He has also been a member of various professional and service organizations and have server them in various capacities.
